All the trades have been very busy onsite…..thankfully we’ve been able to have a crew (10) spread out for safety. Outside the final stucco color and detail is being finished along with the stone application. Our solar panel array is done and producing power, our buried propane tank is in place as well as,our very state of the art septic system.
Inside, the wood and tile flooring is almost complete, interior doors are being installed, all the cabinetry is going in. The house has heat and the plumber will be installing the water heater etc, very soon. There is a partial picture of the custom mosaic that will be installed under the kit vent hood as well as the tile design inserted into the wood floor in the entry foyer. We are starting to have a few appliances delivered …note the picture of the bathtub!
Ennodio and Paula have spent a great deal of time reviewing and getting bids for window treatments (both a blessing and a curse when you have so many windows!) as well as the closet systems for throughout the house. Lastly, a decision was made on carpet and it’s on order. All in all, significant progress and we feel very blessed that things are moving along. We may be impacted by the virus, but so far it looks like only a 30 day delay. Insignificant when compared to what’s happening in our world. To everyone reading this message, be safe and be kind.
