Our visit today was to review several things:
Check on the cement patios and fire pit areas that have been colored and stamped and are in the process of curing to their final color.

See the driveway center planter being built which also houses the well head. It will have the same stone as the house applied once it is finished. We think a statue of some sort with plants to hide the well hardware would be the best idea. Anyone have thoughts or suggestions about that?

View the exteriors now that the protective plastic sheeting is being removed (stairs still need to be built and railings for the upper deck installed). The AC units were installed at the base of the garage exterior and a retaining wall was started

View the interior now that the walls have been painted. Most of the house is a warm neutral color called Lotus Pod. The kitchen, pantry and laundry/mud rooms are a soft cream color that closely matches the cabinet color.

We can finally start to see the views from the house now that the plastic sheeting is off most of the windows.

The wine cellar racks have been stained and need to dry for a number of days. It’s important that the fumes from the water based stain are cleared before the protective sealer is applied.

All in all, the progress can be seen everywhere!
